Candidate data: We never automatically reject candidates. We never infer or target candidates on the basis of protected characteristics. Candidate data is only ever used with the candidate’s consent.
Job spec data: Spec text you paste or upload is used only to generate your fill-confidence report. It is not stored beyond your session unless you request the full email plan, in which case it is held only long enough to generate and send that report.
Automation: Automation supports market analysis and role diagnosis. Human recruiters — Bruce and Katie — make all recruitment decisions. No candidate is screened, ranked or rejected by an automated process.
